Specifications: Standard Flush Pin Blank

Bodies are C1117 steel, case hardened RC60-62, ground, lapped and black oxide finished. Body dia. is knurled 1-3/16" with a marking flat. Body length is 1-1/4". Pins are 0-1 tool steel, RC60-63, ground and lapped slide fit in body and held in place with a set screw. Overall pin length is 3-1/4". Available in the following pin diameters: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16" and 1/2"
